    2. How do we get there?

    Trains

    North Sydney Railway Station is a 1.1 km or 18-minute walk to the Oval. Sydney Trains run to a regular weekend timetable. For timetable and up-to-date information on trackwork and replacement services, please go to the NSW transport information website.

    Buses

    Sydney Buses operate to regular weekend timetables with routes covering the greater North Sydney area and surrounding suburbs. Regular buses operate directly from North Sydney Railway Station to the Oval and travel along Miller Street. Use the 131 500 Trip Planner to help plan your journey.     Ferries

    Sydney Ferries operate from Circular Quay to North Sydney Wharf. A 1.1 km or 18-minute walk from the Wharf will allow a bus trip to the Oval. For more information, please go to the NSW transport information website.

    3. Is there Parking available?

    There is limited on-street parking. However a council car park is located in Ridge Street and is free to use on weekends. For more information refer to the North Sydney Council website. We encourage everyone to use public transport or rideshare.

    4. Is there an age limit for attendees?

    No age limit, but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian

    5. What type of beers will be available at the event?

    A varying range of beer from local craft brewers as well as big name National breweries. Check out our Facebook for more info!

    6. Will there be other alcoholic beverages available?

    Yes. A selection of Wines, Seltzer and other products will be available

    7. Will there non-alcoholic beverages available?

    Non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drink and water will be available

    8. What food will be served at the event?

    A range of gourmet food stalls and trucks will be serving hot food + The Greens BBQ, ice cream and deserts will be available.

    9. Are vegetarian or vegan options available?

    Yes!

    10. Will there be live entertainment or music?

    There will be DJ playing throughout the day, a live band + Kids entertainment and games

    11. Is there seating available, or should I bring my own chairs/blankets?

    Yes. The ground has ample stands and seating available.

    12. Are dogs Allowed?

    Unfortunately not

    13. Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

    Entry via the Ridge St Gates is fully accessible.

    14. Local Accommodation

    Quest North Sydney apartments offer exceptional & affordable accommodation and is a 500m/5 min walk from the oval as well as the nearest train station

    15. Are there any restrictions on smoking or vaping at the venue?

    Yes, there is no smoking or vaping in the venue.

    16. Do Bears Members Get free entry?

    Selected 2024 Bears Members with game day access included in their membership package may redeem 1 complimentary ticket to the Saturday game day event, 18th May. This will count as one (1) of your allocated game day passes. Please check your email for further details. All members MUST redeen a ticket prior to game day as your 2024 members card will not scan at the gate.

We're bringing not just one event, but two huge festivals over three days to this year’s footy season here in Sydney. The annual event which has taken place at the home of the Newtown Jets, Henson Park Marrickville, for the past seven years is excited to announce that in 2024 the event will also be partnering with another foundation club at another iconic ground, the mighty North Sydney Bears at North Sydney Oval!

    2. How do we get there?

    There is a tram line that goes along King St. The main train terminal is a 1km walk from the station to No.2 Sportsground.

    There is no parking available at the ground car park on the day. We encourage everyone to use public transport or rideshare.

    Yes There will also be seating available in the grandstand and beer garden area but you may bring folded chairs and picnic blankets if youd like.

    Unfortunately not

    13. Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

    Yes, Internal lift from the carpark up to the elevated grandstand level, there is disabled toilets on the ground floor. There is also disabled parking within the complex if people need to drop off.

    There are a number of hotels along the strip including Crystalbrook, QT, Mercure, Crown, Rydges, Best Western, ibis.
